Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including self meditation, breath control, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxations.
Yoga is originally a path to liberation and enlightenment. It is a way of detaching yourself from the friendly experiences of life and stabilizing fluctuations of your mind with less ups and down.
